The Cottage

The Cottage is divided into two sections, ‘The Residence’ and the ‘The Retreat’.

The Residence offers a spacious, luxurious environment with gourmet Kitchen, Lounge Dining room, outdoor kitchen, and The Cottage pool with spectacular views.

The Retreat is a two level, four-bedroom, self-contained environment. The Retreat will offer a kitchen living and a bathroom on each level. However, combine the two and you have an amazing place for the family to stay.

Pipe Dream

Yes thats right, it’s a concrete pipe!

Each of our cabins are unique and none more so than this one. Consisting of three pipes forming two individual spaces connected together by a lofty centre section which will lead out onto the private deck over looking the valley.

Rock Face

Perched on the slopes of the lower paddocks are two modular cabins that are ‘stacked’ to form a unique geometric shape that takes advantage of the valley views.

As you sit out on the deck off your full sized kitchen/dining room you will watch the kangaroos graze and the eagles soar.

Hidden Gem

In the most secluded part of Ponderosa lies this ‘Hidden Gem’.

A unique design in two seperate spaces, joined by an alfresco kitchen & dining space with a deck and hot tub overlooking the valley below.

High Point

The views from each of the five cabins are fantastic, and individual.

High Point captures all of Ponderosa through it full sized windows in the bedroom and bathroom along with its intergrated verandah.

Ghost Gum

Situated on a Bluestone rocky outcrop, lies the cabin that takes in the gnarly remains of the old gum tress.

The Ghost Gums frame the amazing view of the valley, Victor Harbor and the ‘Bluff’ beyond.
